I have heard they have rebuilt an old village from the 1500 century. Is it true?

As is the case with many other places in Germany, they have moved and rebuilt old buildings from the surrounding area in an open air museum. Just google for it.

Franconian Open Air Museum Bad Windsheim

Another one in the area
Hohenlohe Open Air Museum Wackershofen (near Schwäbisch Hall)

As the above have no information in English
Hessenpark - Hessian Open Air Museum (near Bad Homburg)
www.hessenpark.de/english/frame_find.html
These museums/parks are often closed in winter or have only a limited program/access in winter.
Most interesting are the event days, i.e. when old handcrafts are shown, the baking houses are used etc.
