We are arriving in Frankfurt from Australia on Qantas at 5.15am and have booked a connecting flight to Munich at 11.55am as we wanted to be sure we had plenty of time to allow for delays. Assuming our inbound flight arrives on time has anyone had any luck being able to swap to seats on and earlier connecting flight with Lufthansa???

It%26#39;s much easier if you originally book a closer allowable connection. If this is written on the same ticket and you arrive late, then you should be put on the next available plane.
