I can take the train from the airport to get to my hotel in Dusseldorf, but I am wondering if there is a hotel shuttle bus service from the hotel to the airport on my day of departure.
Thanks

I would doubt that - but if your hotel has a dedicated shuttle bus, you should ask the hotel better than us...

My experience is that hotel-airport shuttles are not common in Germany unless the hotel claims to be and %26#39;airport%26#39; hotel. Most people either take the train or a taxi.

Thanks, I am familiar with such a service in Amsterdam. It isn%26#39;t affiliated with any hotel, but you can buy a one way or a round trip fare, and when people fill up the mini bus the driver figures out the routing to deliver everyone to their particular hotels. At the hotel you just call or email when you want to be picked up to go to the airport and they have another variety of hotels they pick up at. I will just take the train in and check the price of a taxi back.

I actually kept searching and found this: http://www.german-transfer.de/index.php
It appears to cost 20 euros one way and 40 euros for a round trip. I will have to compare to the cost of a taxi.
