Public libraries where you can use the internet, Dusseldorf?

I can%26#39;t seem to find where the public libraries would be in Dusseldorf. Even if they don%26#39;t have internet access I would like to use their reference materials

You can go to two major libraties of Düsseldorf:

A: Public Library of Dusseldorf, Bertha-Von-Suttner-Platz (rear exit of the Dusseldorf main train station/Hauptbahnhof).

B: Library of Heinrich Heine University Düsseeldorf (Campus of University, Heinrich Heine University, Universitätsstr. - tram-station %26quot;Universität Ost%26quot; (train 707)).
