What is Europabus? I have never heard of them.

Does it really have to be a bus? In this case you do have a problem - buses are not the normal method of public transportation (except local ones) in Germany.
However if you don´t have a problem with taking a train teh connections between Munich and Füssen (NOT FUSSEN!) run hourly.

There is one bus (ince a day) along the RR but it is useless as you don´t have time to get out and see something. The road itself is nothing special. it´s the towns it connects that are interesting for tourists.
Also here, once you have chosen what you want to visit you can see the public transportation connections on www.bahn.de.

DB timetable
http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe/en
From: Munich
To: Fuessen
To: Hohenschwangau
To: Frankfurt
To: Frankfurt Airport
Hohenschwangau is the bus stop next to Neuschwanstein ticket centre.
From Munich to Füssen or Hohenschwangau you can use the Bavaria Ticket. EUR 28,00 for 2-5 persons traveling together. Covers the regional trains to Füssen and the buses from Füssen to Hohenschwangau.
If you like it cheap and slow (like with a bus) you could use the Happy Weekend Ticket from Füssen to Frankfurt. Select at the DB timetable as means of transport %26quot;only local transport%26quot; to get only connections you can use with the Happy Weekend Ticket. EUR 35,00 for up to 5 persons traveling together.
The Romantic Road is a road connecting romantic places. Just traveling along this road is not romantic. Scenery is no better than with any other road or railroad in this part of Germany.
