Getting from Brussels to Bonn or Cologne late at night.

Hi

I need to travel to bonn every sunday night this year. The best flight for me is from bristol to Brussels which gets into brussels at 22:30. I cant find any public transport that can get me from brussels to bonn or cologne that time of night - does anyone know a good way?
